She was born on March 14, 1951 in Tiraspol. In 1968, she graduated from Tiraspol Secondary School No. 1.

From 1968 to 1973, she studied at the shipbuilding faculty of the OIIMF.

In 1973-1979, she worked at the Ilyichevsk Shipyard as a technologist and a hull shop foreman.

In 1979-1982, she studied for a full-time postgraduate degree at the Department of Ship Repair at the OIIMF, and in 1982-1988 she was an assistant at the same department.

From 1988 to 1995, she worked again at the Ilyichevsk Shipyard, holding the positions of economist of the mechanical shop and engineer of the foreign economic activity department.

From 1995 to the present time she has been working again at the Department of Ship Repair - TORS as a senior lecturer, associate professor (since 2000 after defending her PhD thesis).
